Tip Top Roofing Company went above and beyond from start to finish! Their team was professional, organized, and clearly experienced. They worked with my insurance carrier directly, kept me updated every step of the way, and finished my roof on time with incredible attention to detail. The crew cleaned up thoroughly—my yard looked better after they left than before they arrived. It’s easy to see why Tip Top was named Central Florida’s Favorite Roofer for 2025. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my roof!

I couldn’t be more impressed with Tip Top Roofing! From the moment they started, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. The crew worked efficiently, stayed on schedule, and handled everything with professionalism. What really set them apart was their commitment to quality. They didn’t cut corners, and the attention to detail on my new shingle roof is outstanding. Plus, their team was friendly and easy to work with, making the whole experience stress-free. If you need a new roof, don’t hesitate—Tip Top Roofing is the way to go!

Lior is an outstanding individual working/owning Tiptop Roofing. Not only did they do an excellent job of reroofing he came out months later to help resolve an issue with my HVAC that an AC company couldn’t resolve other than saying it MUST be capacitor in the unit when in turn it was some PVC lying directly on the ceiling vibrating!! Thanks Lior again for listening.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Shawn Clark at Tip-Top Roofing! From start to finish, the entire process of getting our new roof was a total breeze. Everything was so well managed and organized — we could hardly believe how little effort it took on our part. Shawn and his team handled every detail quickly and professionally, and the end result looks fantastic. Highly recommend Tip-Top Roofing and especially Shawn for anyone looking for a stress-free roofing experience!

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
