"My interaction with His and Her Roofing LLC was fantastic." The crew was thorough, professional, and responsive from the beginning to the end. They arrived on schedule, gave a thorough explanation of the entire procedure, and finished the job just as agreed. The new roof looks great, the staff worked quickly, and they kept the area tidy. There were no surprises and the pricing was reasonable and clear. Knowing that the work was completed correctly and that there is a strong warranty gives me peace of mind. With our new roof, we are overjoyed! we actually decided to repaint our house to match the color of the new roof. The customer service has been excellent. They go above and beyond and came to tarp our roof after hours to ensure we don’t get further water damage. They sent multiple people to take are of it asap and continue to take care of our needs through this process.
