I used Heart of Florida Roofing at the end of 2025 to reroof my home. After getting a few quotes I found the value they provided beat out any other offering. Chris communicated every step of the way so I knew what was happening and when, which helped me a ton as this was the first time I have ever had a roof replaced. He also actually explained the materials they were using and why it mattered. Out of everyone I spoke with he was the only one that broke down stats about the shingles and gave me real world examples of their quality. I am extremely happy with Heart of Florida Roofing. They did a perfect job in a very reasonable amout of time. I will highly encorage anyone I come across to get a proposal from them and have a conversation about their specific project. They will be in great hands!

We had a fantastic experience with Heartland Of Florida Roofing. From start to finish, they were professional, polite and clearly knew their craft. Jose and his crew worked efficiently, kept everything neat, tidy and treated our home with great respect. Their honesty and trustworthiness (shout out to Patrick) gave us peace of mind, and the quality of their work was superb! They kept us abreast of all they were doing, even the time they would arrive, which was always on time. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a roofing team that truly delivers - choose HEART OF FLORIDA ROOFING!

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
