I had an excellent experience with Gold Key Roofing and can’t recommend them enough. My parents had to replace the roof strictly for insurance reasons—the roof itself was still in good condition—but we received a letter stating that since it had just hit 20 years, it needed a new roof by December 29th, 2025 in order to keep the insurance. If we didn’t replace it, we would be dropped, so we had a tight deadline. I called around to several companies, and Gold Key Roofing was not only affordable, but also the quickest to get the process started. I believe I spoke with Tyler, who honestly went above and beyond. He came out to our house the same day, about two hours after his shift had already ended, to inspect the roof and talk to us. That alone said a lot about their work ethic and customer service. Tyler gave us a very fair and honest quote, and in the end the final cost was only about $500 more—no hidden fees, no surprises, and no last-minute add-ons. The quote was essentially spot on, which I really appreciated. The work started on December 17th and was finished the very next day. They helped move everything along faster than usual because of the insurance deadline. Honestly, it’s rare to find a company that can replace a roof within two weeks of the first phone call, and even more impressive that the actual job was completed in under 10 hours total, spread across two days, amazing! The crew was excellent—hard-working, professional, and efficient. They did a great job on the roof and cleaned everything up perfectly afterward. You’d never know such major work had just been done. Gold Key roofing installed a new roof for our home. They did a great job, were responsive, and easy to work with. They were quick to address any final punch list items to ensure that we were satisfied with the roof installation.

We were drawn to Gold key from their advertisements on Spectrum News 13 so when it was time to replace our 19 year old roof. I did reach out to other companies as well but at the end we went with Gold Key. Tyler responded to my request for estimate, he came over and explained the process and values of Gold Key and even told me of his experience of doing the labor when he started and that was refreshing to know that he was not just there to talk the talk but he also has done the hard work. He went to the roof and thanked us for calling Gold Key. He got back to us a couple days alter with an estimate and I let him know I was still meeting with other roofers but will get back. We decided to go with Gold Key. With the estimate we had some upgrade options, we added gutters and attic insulation and a few others. After a few weeks the work started. During this time Tyler was in contact with us as well as others from the office, Shawn,Jessica, Kerri, Joe and Carson oh and we will say Roofus too. They reached out to confirm the selection of color and upgrades. All in all we were very happy with the communication. Now the work started, We had a dumpster in our driveway but they made sure all was good and not damaging anything. We were lucky with no rain delays so the work started on a Tuesday and they were done by Thursday and dumpster was gone by Friday. They cleaned up in a great way. I think I might have found a scrap or two but it's like they were never here. The insulation was done on day 2 and took the morning hours and they were done, added a couple photos. I am also adding some photos of some wood they replaced due to rotting. Tyler spoke about this, if they notice the wood is damaged they will replace it and not just cover it up. We had a few spots and they took care of them all. Gutters happed a week later but done in a few hours. Again we were very happy. Gold Key we think was the best company to do such a big job and do it well and detailed. We never felt odd or out of the loop. We recommend them 100% GOAT! THANK YOU GOLD KEY ROOFING!
