BACK IN MARCH OF 2023 QUALITY INSTALLED A NEW SHINGLE ROOF. AFTER ABOUT 6 MONTHS I NOTICED EXCESSIVE PROTECTIVE STONE THAT COVERS THE SURFACE OF THE SHINGLES WAS SHOWING UP NEAR THE DRAIN SPOUTS. I TOOK A CLOSER LOOK AND THE ROOF APPEARED VERY WORN. I CONTACTED QUALITY SERVICES AND JOHN CAME OUT THE SAME DAY. HE INSPECTED THE ROOF, CONTACTED ME AND AGREED THE SHINGLES WERE LIKELY DEFECTIVE. AT THIS POINT, JOHN ASKED ME TO FILE A CLAIM WITH OWENS CORNING AND I DID. MY CLAIM WAS DENIED TWICE BUT JOHN ASSURED ME HE WOULD GET THE MFG OF THE SHINGLES TO WARRANTY THE ENTIRE ROOF. IT TOOK 6 MONTHS TO FINALLY GET OWENS CORNING TO WARRANTY THE SHINGLES. JOHN KEPT ME INFORMED THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. IN JUNE OF 2024 A NEW ROOF WAS INSTALLED ( DIFFERENT COLOR SHINGLE THIS TIME) AND ALL HAS REMAINED GOOD SINCE THAT TIME. A YEAR HAS PASSED SINCE THE SECOND ROOF WAS INSTALLED AND I FELT IT WAS TIME TO DO MY REVIEW. QUALITY SERVICES LIVES UP TO ITS NAME. I had several estimates and theirs was right in the middle, but I chose them because John really knew his stuff and also offered to cover the area that was leaking until they could come out to replace the whole roof. Nevertheless, I chose them to replace my roof, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. They took the time to thoroughly explain what the new roof would include, maintained excellent communication, and even confirmed my shingle color selection multiple times. On the first day of work, the crew, led by Alex, arrived punctually and immediately put my mind at ease. Alex greeted me with a cordial handshake and a warm smile. The crew took meticulous care to protect vulnerable areas during a brief rain shower and left no stone unturned in their daily cleanup efforts. Sheri or Bridget reached out to me daily to inquire about any questions or concerns I might have had. Alex even directed the driver of the shingles delivery truck to prevent any potential damage to my property. The entire job was completed in just two-and-a-half days, and upon finishing, the crew conducted an extensive yard cleanup. To this day, I have not found a single nail on the ground. Sheri played a pivotal role in coordinating with my insurance company, sending the final invoice promptly, and efficiently handling the warranty registration with the shingle company. Within a couple of days, a county building inspector performed a final inspection, and Sheri promptly sent me a certificate of completion. Her proactive approach and commitment to professionalism were evident throughout the process. Quality Services Roofing consistently exceeded my expectations at every turn.
