Florida Roof Restorations - Roofing Contractor in Ocala, FL

My last Roofer 8 years ago, was not a very honest nor responsible one. Not to mention he never sent the inspector for final inspection. Stephane (Stephan) from Florida Roof Restorations came to our home for a free inspection. Our shingles were rather damaged and loose. Not only he explained everything into detail, in regards to making the claim, and procedures. Stephane made sure everything was taken care of, and he'd update us on everything, especially with the approval from the insurance company. He showed us images of the type of work they do and how they work. Their email said to expect the workers to arrive at 7am. They began working at 6:45am. Tarps were laid out all around the outside of the house for collecting debris. Stephane not only sent me updated photos of the progress, he'd explain what was being done and found. He'd also get on the roof and work. This is a very organized, responsible, punctual, and clean company. After the roof was finished, there was nothing on the ground. Everything was done in less than 48 hours. They cleaned up everything afterwards. We hardly had to do anything, just call to make the claim. I highly recommend this company. Don't doubt! Our neighbor across the street saw what was being done, and requested for their services.

Felix and Florida Roof Restoration was wonderful to work with. He guided us expertly through our insurance claim, did everything promised, on time and on budget. His crew worked hard and kept the premises clean and free of debris. Felix assisted with coordination of the removal and replacement of our solar panels too. Thank you Florida Roof Restoration!

This was the best investment for our house in Ft. Lauderdale! Florida Roof Restorations did an excellent job and completely transformed our old roof. Best price, best service, always able to reach Felix or Monica with any questions, and overall a great experience. Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful experience with Florida Roof Restorations! They came to inspect our roof right away, and did a terrific job reporting all the problems and keeping us posted regarding the steps we had to take. They are very honest, professional, polite and trustworthy. Our roof was ready in 2 days and looked great! We were able to sell our home for top dollar with a new roof! Thank you so very much, Felix and Stephane! You are the best!

Our experience with Stephane from Florida Roof Restorations was very professional. Stephane went above and beyond to explain the process of replacing our roof. From the time he came to inspect the roof to the final stages of the roof replacement, his knowledge of the field made us feel more comfortable with the whole process. His credentials made it easier for us to work with the insurance company and getting a quick response from them. Stephane and his team were very patient and flexible with our time. Upon completion of the work, he continued checking up with us to make sure that everything was in the right place.
