Outstanding Job ! They got to our house at 6:30 am and were done , cleaned up by 4:30pm .From the sales person, Office Staff, workers …. Start to finish.. They were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof … they are the ones to go with, Great price , high quality of product & service! Everything was left clean , after they finished.

Before we chose the roofer we were going to use, we shopped 9 different roofing companies. Big D was THE best price, they had the highest quality work product (Atlas Pinnacle Pristine with Scotchgard). AND the best warranty!! Exceptional!! Everything done 100% as promised. The work crew were all so polite and happy. Done in one day. Great work in every aspect, on time, clean-up, installation, WE just got our Wind Mitigation Report which was included in the price -- the inspector said the work was all done to the highest quality. I would recommend Big D Roofing with a DEFINITE 10 out of 10. From their office staff, to sales, to the workers and all materials - and all work done. Make sure to ask for Zach, he was the ultimate best, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional. THE BEST!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Before choosing a roofing company, I received several quotes from competitors. After speaking with Zach from Big D - my decision was easily made. Honest, straight-forward information was provided. No fluff or sales pitches, and all my questions answered. I was provided written info, and a sample book of shingle color swatches. Choosing Big D was the best decision made! Now that the job is completed, I can tell you that not only is the job done professionally - but the customer service (start to finish) from this company is absolutely stellar! From the wonderful gentlemen Chris & Dillon, to the ladies in the office (Hannah, Anne, & Christine) ALL are top notch professionals. Even when the job was completed, every staff member I encountered asked if I was happy with the job. It is no surprise they are the area leaders in this industry. What a wonderful world it would be if all companies operated like Big D. Save yourself the research & frustration, and call Don Stauss Big D Roofing. It will be a decision you will not regret!

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
