My experience with T&S Roofing was great from beginning to end. My project manager, Paula, made sure to keep me informed throughout every step of the installation process. She was very attentive, professional, and always quick to answer any questions I had. My new roof came out exactly how I envisioned it, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I really appreciate the excellent service and communication throughout the entire project. I will definitely be calling T&S Roofing again for any future work. Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with T & S Roofing throughout the entire project, from the sales process with Angel, to the project management with Jeremiah, and the communication, updates, and follow-up from Paula. Everyone was consistent, hardworking, thoughtful, and professional from beginning to end. We’ve already had several neighbors comment on how beautiful the roof looks—which is pretty funny considering it’s a roof! It’s not often you find a company that stays this consistent throughout the entire process. Some companies may start strong but lose momentum toward the end, but that was definitely not the case with T & S Roofing. They followed through every step of the way, and the end result is an amazing new roof. We would absolutely recommend T & S Roofing to anyone in the future!

Overall, Im extremely happy with T&S Roofing and the work they did on my roof. Once the project got moving, everything was handled with a real sense of urgency, and the final results were excellent.The biggest reason Im leaving five stars is [redacted]. She was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. She was professional, empathetic, communicative, and genuinely cared about making things right. There were a few issues early on, but [redacted] made sure every concern was addressed. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that left me feeling valued as a customer. T&S is lucky to have her, and she deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise).Id also like to recognize [redacted] and [redacted]. Both were patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work. The three of them are the reason Im confident recommending this [redacted] only criticism is with one of the sales representatives (Ill leave his name out, but it starts with a C and rhymes with Farlos). He delayed this project by nearly three weeks. He missed multiple appointments and chose to quote the repair from photos instead of performing an in-person inspection. That ultimately resulted in the wrong roof tiles being brought to the job site, costing the company extra time, another trip for the crew, and unnecessary delays. It was disappointing and gave the impression that my repair wasnt worth his time.Fortunately, [redacted] and [redacted] stepped in and completely turned the experience around. Because of their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer service, Im happy to give T&S [redacted] five stars and would recommend them.
