ARCO Review Findings

Clients frequently highlight the team’s excellent communication, punctuality, and thoroughness in managing the entire permitting and inspection process while keeping work sites clean.
My new roof looks awesome! Would definitely recommend them. All work done on time
Excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and paid close attention to every detail. The roof was completed beautifully using quality materials, and they left everything clean when the job was finished. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or roof repairs. Thank you for the outstanding work!
We had the best experience ever! If you want quality, customer service and be happy when the roof is done? You can't miss the opportunity to hire Hoff roofing for your home! GREAT JOBS GUYS! As a Design company with Architectural Design I recommend them to all my customers!
My parents has a house in Palmetto Bay was done by carlos can’t say enough about the company they came through with flying colors
I had a bad experience with a bigger Miami roofing company that left my roof exposed over a weekend during the job, causing water leaks around the windows from unsealed underlayment. I called HOFF'S ROOFING & METAL WORKS, INC" (specifically Carlos - who'd given me a quote earlier) for a second opinion, and I'm so glad I did. Carlos came over right away, inspected the issue thoroughly, and gave clear, no-nonsense advice on exactly what went wrong and how to hold the other company accountable. He was extremely experienced — he pointed out specific things like how handles drip edges and keeping tarps on-site as smart precautions to avoid exactly this kind of problem. No upselling, no pressure, just honest expertise from someone who clearly knows roofing inside and out. What stood out most was how sincere and caring he was. He followed up multiple times to make sure we were okay, especially since we have a 2-month-old newborn and my wife was stressed about the leaks and potential damage. He truly puts customers and their families first, not just the job or the money. If you're in Miami and need roofing work, repairs, or even just a trustworthy second opinion, call Carlos first. You won't regret it — he's exceptional. 5 stars — highly recommend!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
