My overall experience with City Roofing was excellent! Since they are a GAF Master Elite contractor, I was able to get the GAF Golden Pledge warranty. My roofing consultant, George, provided a thorough estimate—he actually crawled into my attic to inspect the wood and straps! The entire process was highly efficient: Anaiz handled my HOA and permitting, Candy managed scheduling, Mario oversaw the project, and Kate took care of my closeout package. I also loved that City Roofing uses its own dedicated, in-house crew. It only took three days to complete the roof, from the tear-off to passing the final inspection. I am very pleased with my new roof. City Roofing did a first-rate job, and I highly recommend them!

My roof replacement was completed on last month. Thanks Mario for always responding promptly to my text messages. The roof looks great thank you all 😊 👍🏽

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
