ARCO Review Findings
Caston Roofing is praised for its professional, efficient, and high-quality workmanship, with customers frequently highlighting the team's clear communication and timely project completion. Clients also appreciate the company's competitive pricing, responsiveness to follow-up repairs, and dedication to leaving job sites clean and debris-free.
Caston roofing did a fast amazing job at a reasonable price on my house. Thank you so much 🙌
Caston Roofing gave our Condo Association the best price out of 3 bids. The work was excellent and the crews coordinated, working quickly and efficiently. They were very respectful of our homeowners. Special thanks to Jason S. and Jason C. We will definitely use Caston Roofing again; we highly recommend them.
I’m truly impressed by how swiftly and smoothly everything went, with clear communication all along. The roof installation was flawless and well worth the fair price, leaving me totally satisfied with the top-notch quality and careful attention to detail.
Caston Roofing recently replaced our roof and did a fantastic job! They were honest, punctual, and did a perfect job from beginning to end. We discovered a pretty huge leak within a month or so of the entire roof being replaced. Now we wait on repairs 🙄 ***UPDATE They came back and repaired the leak. Sucks that it happened, but they were easy to contact and quick to repair. Even with this mistake I'd still hire them again for any roofing jobs.
Very happy with Caston Roofing and the repair they did. Fair price and the job was done professionally.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
