ARCO Review Findings
Valley Ridge Roofing is highly regarded for its professional, honest, and responsive service, with customers frequently praising their craftsmanship and attention to detail. The team is noted for being easy to communicate with, efficient in their work, and diligent about job-site cleanup.
Tony is the owner. He came out and sized up the job with excellence ordering the correct amount roofing with almost no waste. He sent out Kenny and 3 other men who did a beautiful 2 day job on installing Teal aluminum metal roofing. The first day they worked from 8:00 A.M. to 8 P.M. and quit because of darkness. It was a great experience! I can't price the job as Tony did the job at the request of my outstanding contractor - Skyden Contractors, Inc. Tony also insured all waste materials were promptly hauled away.
Our roof was done by another company several years ago. We didn't think it was still under warranty. We had a hard rain a couple weeks ago and there was a leak in our entryway. We called Valley Ridge roofing and Tony came right out to take a look at it We didn't know what color of shingles we had so he call the other company for us to get the color and he found out that our roof was still under warranty. We were so amazed that he went above and beyond by calling the other company. When our warranty runs out we will definitely call Valley Ridge Roofing for any future roofs or repair repairs. We highly recommend them! Our neighbors have had their roofs done by Valley Ridge and they are very happy.
ncredible service, honest pricing, and a permanent fix! We recently had Valley Ridge Roofing repair a leak in our tile roof valley — and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Not only did they resolve the issue completely, but they did it at just 10% of the cost quoted by other companies. Where others pushed for unnecessary replacements, Valley Ridge focused on precision repair and improving drainage, even reshaping the valley and resealing it properly. They were responsive, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. After months of stress and getting overpriced quotes, Valley Ridge came through with both integrity and real craftsmanship. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality work without the upsell.
Tony, Tony (Lead Tech), Danielle, and the whole company are absolutely fantastic. The best customer service I’ve received from a company in quite some time. Their work on my roof was perfect. They were understanding of my family’s situation with our house and brought nothing but excellence. They work with you for pricing as well. Their work is flawless with reasonable pricing. Dont go anywhere else. Go Valley Ridge Roofing (I’m a real person and not employed through Valley Ridge Roofing). Keep up the good work guys!
Keep up the good work ! Tony was friendly and professional. Highly recommended local family owned business. He gave us a starting date and crew showed up promptly was hard working not rushed and attentive to detail. The job was completed in two days with quality materials. Very reasonable price for the work done!! Thank you 🙏
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
