We are very pleased with our new Hippo roof! We looked into a few companies and chose Hippo, after seeing a family member's new roof by Hippo. The entire process took 14 days to complete! Our salesman was very accommodating to our schedules, informative, and diligent in addressing our concerns and going over all of our available options. Our property was visited daily by the supervisor, sometimes twice, ensuring everything was being expedited properly. The roofers were courteous, kept our property clean daily, and even went out of their way to do a double sweep for debris after our roof was completed. The open communication with our assigned super was great & his follow-up was quick, even after our roof was completed. Any issues or questions we had were discussed and handled promptly. Everything we needed to submit to our insurance company to update our policy & rates was provided, making that process a breeze, too. The solar attic fan we had installed has given us an average savings of $15/month with FPL, and we’re excited to see how much it will save us during the brutal summer months. Last but definitely not least, Hippo's referral program promise was kept with a check being hand-delivered to our referring family member.
