ARCO Review Findings
ELO Roofing is consistently praised for its professional, knowledgeable staff and excellent communication throughout the roof replacement process. Customers highlight the team's efficiency in completing projects quickly, their thorough cleanup of the job site, and their helpfulness in navigating insurance and warranty paperwork.
Extremely professional staff, [redacted] Pasanti and [redacted] were always giving me updates. Roof was done and cleaned up in one day! I would highly recommend Elo Roofing!
The team from ELO was great! Robert was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He ensured the proper products were selected and explained all of the components. Kyle D. was the project manager and had a great rapport with the crew. He came by daily to keep me apprised of the progress. Laura was also with the project from beginning to end scheduling the material delivery, work start time, and document delivery. Communication was excellent by all parties involved, and they answered all of my questions. They had the process down to a science. I would highly recommend them for roof replacement!
My experience with ELO has been much better than expected. We had a previous nightmare experience with a previous unrelated project and we were now extremely cautious. We are the people who read the fine print. We actually had to throw out a different company rep from another company before meeting Travis. He was very laid back and not pushy. He even helped us through the bumps encountered with the insurance company. The Project Manager, Laura, kept me informed of everything the whole way. The workers were scheduled to arrive at 7:00 am. They started at 7am with military promptness. It was completely organized. Surprisingly, they were cleaning as they went. It has been weeks since they were finished and I have not encountered anything left in the yard. No nails or other debris. If you are driving near San Filippo and Waco in Palm Bay, be sure to see that beautiful Terra Cotta red colored roof that gleams in the morning sun like a priceless ruby. It brings my wife tears of joy. People have actually pulled over to look at it and ask about it. You will definitely be recommended to everyone because you are the best!
Awesome and super fast job by Elo Roofing. Travis the salesperson was very clear in every aspect of the job scope. Robert the project manager was very informative explained every single detailed of the work done. The roofer group, I was impressed how fast and professional they are. And Laura at the office was very kind and pleasant to speak and inform about the job schedule. To all of you, I really appreciate everything and I am very glad to do business with you. Totally recommend Elo Roofing 😉
[redacted] S and Elo Roofing were great to work with!!!!!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
