ARCO Review Findings
Swift Roofing Services is highly regarded for its professional, responsive, and communicative team that delivers high-quality workmanship while maintaining clean, organized job sites. Customers consistently praise the company for its competitive pricing, integrity, and ability to complete projects quickly and efficiently.
Words simply cannot express just how pleased we are with Swift Roofing Services. We hired them to re-roof our home and from the very first meeting through to detailed Quotations and Final Completion of the re-roof everyone at Swift showed complete professionalism. Their roofing Crews were not only well trained but were perfectionists - they also worked in extreme heat and humidity without let-up. Materials, including Tiles arrived at our home just one day before being used so as to keep everything neat and tidy. We had obtained several quotes for the job and Swift's pricing was very competitive. Quite frankly, we thank our lucky stars that we contracted with Swift. You will too if you appoint them; whether for a complete re-roof like us or, we believe, even for a roof repair.
We are very pleased with our reroofing project. The company was very responsive to our questions and provided honest reasons to support their answers. They communicated on what we should expect and when it should occur. They cleaned up the job site before leaving for the day. We highly recommend Swift Roofing Services.
Amazing finish product and throughout the project very clean picked up all nails would highly recommend using this company for Roofing. And the communication throughout the whole term of the project was above board.
Great Price Start to finish. Less than 10 days from signing the contract to completion. Definitely recommend them for any roof needs. Good people family owned ,and local great job Swift Roofing .
After spending 6 months with another company (neighbor referral) and losing $5K deposit, we contacted Swift Roofing. From contract to completion was less than 2 weeks...WOW! Thanks 😊
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
