Tycos Roofing and Siding - Roofing Contractor in Wilmington, DE

I live in a townhouse and was due for a new roof, gutters, shutters and siding due to storm damage. I contacted Tycos Roofing and Siding by reading their reviews I chose them. They had 5 stars and customers had nothing but excellent things to say. Now, I am one of those customers! In the beginning I was working with Sergio who explained everything to me, set up for estimate of work, he was patient with me for constant questions, work with you with pricing options, working with my insurance, he stayed in contact with them and me and reaching out and he was very professional. Once project was being started I was assigned a project manager who was Elijah and his crew of workers. Elijah was also very professional he also was patient with me and my questions and explaining how the process was going to go and he checked in frequently while crew was working and checking making sure they were doing a good job. When I tell you the amazing work they did! I don't even think the crew members took a lunch break. They showed up early in the morning and worked through. They were professional as well, they cleaned up well left nothing behind and due to I live in a townhouse, any debris that went on my neighbor's side they cleaned up as well. I highly recommend. I have attached some pics of the amazing work. Thank you so much Sergio, Elijah and crew workers for making my townhouse look amazing better than my neighbors!! LOL🥰

They were awesome start to finish. Had wind damage and went to Angie's List. Within 90 minutes someone was nailing my siding back on. Josue also saw that we lost some shingles off of the roof. He worked with the insurance company and the borough to get everything taken care of. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Clayton got everything scheduled and made sure to keep us in the loop with any changes or updates. Elijah, as the project manager, did an amazing job keeping us up to date as the work progressed making sure he checked in with us several times a day. Every single one of the men doing the work were very courteous and polite and ensured that the work went smoothly and they were all very careful about the clean up at the end of each day. They all did a great job!

We are so grateful that we choose Tycos Roofing to replace our roof!!! Elijah worked with us from start to finish. He kept in constant contact with us as well our insurance adjuster and insurance rep. The roofing team showed up on time and was ready to work from start to finish even after it was found that additional work was needed to complete the project. Be sure to contact Tycos and ask for Elijah for all your roof repairs and/or replacement

Tycos just finished repairing our roof and I am beyond pleased with the service they provided! They were so polite, so prompt (they finished the entire roof in just about half a day!), and so easy to work with! My wife and I are new homeowners and were very unsure of what was required of our roof, but Tycos made it a seamless process. I will absolutely use them again for other needs, and I've already recommended them to our family friend!

I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Tycos and Mark Davis as an exceptional roofing contractor. As the preferred roofing company for both Interstate Management and Pennmart Shopping Center, I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Tycos on several projects, and I can confidently say that they are among the best in the industry. Tycos has successfully replaced multiple roofing systems throughout our shopping center, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to quality. Their most recent project involved a 50,000 square foot flat roofing installation, which was executed with remarkable precision and attention to detail. I have also entrusted Tycos with my own home’s roof replacement, as well as that of a few of my clients, and the outcomes have consistently exceeded our expectations. One of the standout qualities of Tycos is their unwavering professionalism and excellent communication throughout the entire process. From the initial estimate to the project’s completion, they maintain transparency and actively keep clients informed, which is a rarity in today’s business landscape. Additionally, their focus on cleanliness during each project ensures that the worksite remains safe and orderly, leaving no trace behind after completion. Fair pricing combined with high-quality workmanship sets Tycos apart from many competitors. In an industry where such values can often be overlooked, Tycos upholds a standard that is refreshing and commendable. I enthusiastically endorse their services and frequently recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and skilled roofing contractor. Sergio, Mark, and their dedicated team truly are second to none in the world of roofing. I have no doubt that they will bring the same level of excellence and commitment to your project as they have consistently demonstrated with ours.
