Belmarez Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Loveland, CO

We had a hail storm about a month ago and once we filed the claim to roof completion was about two weeks. Johnny stayed in contact form the first consultation to completion of the project. High quality roofers that respect and take care of the property and the owners. Working with Belmarez roofing made the replacement of our roof not complicated and a smooth and easy!

Belmarez Roofing did a FANTASTIC job on our roof that was severely damaged by hail earlier this year. We have used Belmarez Roofing several times in the past. The owner Johnny, is very respectful, helpful and always available to address our questions and concern even when the job is complete. Johnny's workers are professional, they work quickly and effectively to complete the job at hand. They are hard workers who take pride in respecting the owners property and are very respectful. We highly recommend Belmarez Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof. Gil and Roxanne

We highly recommend Johnny Belmarez & his hard working crew! They did a complete tear off on our 2 roofs and replaced with really good quality shingles, soffit vents & also gutters and downspouts in 2 days. His crew worked hard and did a great job then cleaned up everything afterwards. Johnny is very friendly, answered all of our questions & was great to communicate with us times and dates so we stayed informed through the whole process. He worked with our insurance adjustor & answered questions they had and sent them before & after photos. We are very pleased with our new roofs & love the new color he suggested which turned out to be perfect for our home.

Belmarez Roofing provided excellent roof repair services for my home. Johnny is great to work with, and his crew is outstanding! Belmarez Roofing is honest & fair with a highly skilled crew that pays attention to details! I was impressed. In addition to the limited buckling shingle repair, the crew inspected and chalked exposed nail heads away from the repair site from the original installation. My 10-year-old roof is now better than new! Kudos to Belmarez Roofing

We recently had our roof done by Johnny Belmarez, and he was great to work with. He was very kind and patient with us as we contemplated the many choices that go with getting your roof redone, and made the whole process easier and stress-free; Thankfully. He made great suggestions, and explained things so we were better informed, and able to make the best choices for our family and our home. He also worked very well with the company we needed to hire for our solar panels, and coordinated times so that both jobs were completed in a timely manner. When we had complications arise, Johnny took the time to explain the situation to us, and once we worked out the details his crew worked right through the issues to correct and complete the job right on schedule. Overall, it was very refreshing to find good honest reliable people at Belmarez Roofing. We were blessed to have someone refer us to Johnny, and I am happy to recommend him and his crew and say they did a great job.
