Armour Roofing & Exteriors - Roofing Contractor in Littleton, CO

I had an outstanding experience working with Kyle Koehn and his team at Armour Roofing & Exteriors, LLC. From start to finish, Kyle was thorough, knowledgeable, and committed to excellence. He assisted with every step of the process, including navigating the insurance claim, explaining impact-resistant roofing materials approved by my HOA, and ensuring I understood all available options. Beyond replacing the roof, Kyle and his crew went above and beyond by adding an additional downspout, touching up paint, and even repairing a broken shutter—attention to detail that truly sets them apart. The entire project was handled with professionalism and care, and the end result exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love my new roof. I highly recommend Kyle and Armour Roofing & Exteriors, LLC to anyone in need of quality roofing services. Thank you for a job exceptionally well done!

Their work was so nice we hired them twice. When we decided to sell our house in Loveland, we wanted to make sure it was safe and secure so we had it painted, and new windows, gutters and roof installed. Armour Roofing was recommended by some co-workers so we contacted them. They explained the product selection, options (like roof vents), their installation methods, timeframe, and warranties. Their price was competitive (we got 3 estimates) so we contracted with them. They got the permit, delivered the materials the day prior to installation, and completed the roof and gutters in one day as promised. The Armour team was amazing -- fast, efficient, and did a thorough clean up (very important). We were so impressed we had them do our home in Erie with the same sterling results. Thank you Bob, Shawn and the entire Armour crew!

From beginning to end, Troy kept me informed and was a complete professional. He even made sure I understood my insurance policy and what it was/wasn't covering when my insurance agent failed to do so. My roof was replaced earlier and faster than expected and everything was cleaned up exceedingly well. I would highly recommend Troy and his team! Step 2

We had Armour Roofing replace our roof after hail damage and they did an amazing job. They were very communicative during the whole process and the new roof turned out fantastic. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

My rep James McCarthy correctly identified that the claim was worth pursuing with the insurance company, as opposed to the second roofing company's inspector who doubted it and recommended against placing a claim. Then James did everything he promised, and even exceeded those promises. He was patient with my insurance company and my online-only mortgage company to get paid. Strong work. Competent, efficient and pleasant workers. Fair price. Thank you, James. Tim
