ARCO Review Findings
Tither Roofing and Construction is highly regarded for its professional, high-quality workmanship and the team's ability to handle complex insurance claims effectively. Clients consistently praise Adrian and his crew for their clear communication, punctuality, and commitment to thorough site cleanup.
Tither Roofing did a professional job. He walked through the whole process ahead of time. He did well to communicate with the insurance as I was submitting a claim. In my situation he was replacing the roof on the house and shed because of hail damage. His team did this all in one day. I appreciate his work. I will probably have him come back for a smaller jobs around the house siding, and windows repairs.
I was very pleased with Tither Roofing. Adrian helped me get everything lined up with my insurance, things were taken care of quickly. The crew did the work professionally, attention to detail and stayed until the job was done in spite of the weather and a few unexpected details that needed to be taken care of. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left, they did a great job.
Hands downs the best experience I’ve had with a contractor. Adrian is straight forward, honest, fair and he cares. His prices are very reasonable and the work is high quality. Adrian and his crew re-roofed, resided and installed new gutters on my home. Everything looks great. His crews are hard working, on time and friendly. I don’t often give 5 stars but in this case, I have absolutely no hesitation on doing so. I most highly recommend Adrian and Tither Construction for any of your home projects.
What a miracle worker. Adrian and his crew totally saved the day. Due to my procrastination I was working with a tight deadline. I explained my situation to Adrian and he told me he would have my roof and gutters on in time. And guess what? He did exactly that. The roof and gutters were completed 3 days before the deadline. The work and clean up were exceptional. Thank you so much Adrian and Tither Roofing Construction. I found this awesome company by listening to Way FM.
Adrian and his team are very professional and extremely courteous. I recommend them whole-heartedly. I was particularly impressed by Adrian’s experience and ability to identify every area of the house that was damaged by hail. I was also impressed by his willingness to walk me through every step of the process. …some steps more than once. My roof, gutters, and downspouts never looked better. Thanks guys.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
