Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.

ARCO Review Findings
Summit View Roofing is highly regarded for its professional, efficient, and hardworking crews who consistently deliver quality workmanship. Customers frequently praise the team for their excellent communication, punctuality, and commitment to thorough property cleanup.
Summit View Roofing completed our roofing and gutter job this week. The crew did an outstanding job. We were so impressed that they laid tarp around our property to protect it and enable them to collect debris. I’ve noticed many roofing jobs in our neighborhood and throughout the city, but have not seen this courtesy. Their crew is hard working, courteous, and extremely efficient. Jacob Martin walked the roof, checked the gutter work, and even went around the house to with a magnetic tool to make sure his crew pick up nails. He is wonderful. He's professional, courteous, and was exceptional at keeping us informed throughout the entire process. He is a man who does what he tells you he is going to do! We are very happy that we decided to trust with Summit View Roofing to complete this work and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.
Jesse was respectful of my home and explained the process before starting the work to ensure i agreed and understood. I learned moss has roots that go under the tiles and he explained it will turn white as it's dying. I appreciate that he showed up on time as promised. For peace of mind he let me know the treatment comes with a 3-year warranty. This company comes highly recommended. Thank you for making my roof look like new!
Josh and his team did an amazing job helping us get our roof replaced before selling our home. Josh was friendly, easy to contact with all my questions, on time for all our meeting and just a great person to work with all around. Our roof was replaced quickly and their crew did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend using Josh with Summit View Roofing!
Robert and Josh were awesome to work with and very professional! With all the afternoon rain the past week, they decided to send 2 full teams my way and they remove all the shingles, re-felted, and completed the shingle install (to include a very thorough clean-up job) before the storm moved in at 1:30. With the extra team, they finished the job in 7 hours and it looks great. Recommend Summit View Roofing if you want a quality, professional, and passionate team that works very hard to please the customer. Thanks Robert, Josh, and Team!!!
Summit View Roofing handled our roof repair resulting from the June 2020 hail storm on the Palmer Divide. Both Josh (Sales Manager) and Robert (Owner) were very responsive and professional during the entire repair process and their crews did a beautiful job on the roof and gutters. I highly recommend them.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
