Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.

ARCO Review Findings
Rock Solid Roofing is highly regarded for its professional, high-quality workmanship on roof replacements, repairs, and exterior restorations. Customers frequently praise Kris Rubio for his effective communication with insurance companies, his hands-on management of projects, and his team’s commitment to timeliness, cleanliness, and reliability.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rock Solid Roofing did an amazing job on our home. They replaced our roof and stuccoed the entire house, and everything turned out better than we expected. The team was professional, easy to work with, and kept us in the loop the whole time. The quality of the work really shows — our roof looks great and the stucco completely refreshed the house. They were on time, clean, and clearly take pride in what they do. We’re extremely happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Rock Solid Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and a company you can trust.
When only the best will do. Was very pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail that Kris Rubio and his team at Rock Solid Roofing demonstrated throughout the entire process from assessing hail damage to working with my insurance company to ensuring we were 100% pleased with the roof, gutters and painting after completion. I originally called Solid Rock because they had installed the roof for the previous owners 12 year’s prior and when all of my neighbors roofs had to be redone 7 years ago my roof held up. Now most of my neighbors are hiring Rock Solid. You should too!
Rock Solid Roofing provided excellent work to repair a leak in my tile roof. Kris and his team were very professional and easy to work with. We had a situation where we were expecting rain on a Monday and Kris and his team went above an beyond to have the repair completed before then, so they came out on Sunday and made the repair. The estimate provided was very competitive and much inline in what we thought this repair would cost. We discussed possible overruns prior to accepting the bid, and Rock Solid came through on budget with zero overruns. The tile crew that provided the work was very efficient and a pleasure to work with. They kept me informed of the damage that was uncovered and any additional materials required to complete the repair. Great teamwork. I would recommend Rock Solid Roofing for your roofing repair 100%.
Kris Rubio is an excellent GC! He was present for all work. He selected, coordinated and managed all contract labor, which was high quality. Very thorough and easy to work with. The job included a complete roof replacement, strip and staining of fences, and restoration of our redwood pergola with polycarbonate roofing due to severe hail damage.
"Highly Recommend Rock Solid Roofing!" Super friendly and professional. I would have been lost without the help. Thank you so much. Rock Solid Roofing did an amazing job on my roof after a hailstorm. They helped with the insurance claim, replaced my roof with quality materials, and even took care of my gutters. The crew was professional, on time, and left everything spotless. If you need roof repair, roof replacement, or hail damage inspection, this is the company to call!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
