ARCO Review Findings
RD Construction is highly regarded for its professional, high-quality workmanship and the team's ability to complete projects efficiently while maintaining a clean job site. Clients frequently praise owner Ramon and his staff for their respectful communication, expertise in navigating insurance claims, and consistent reliability in delivering excellent results.
We would definitely use & highly recommend RD Construction for any roofing needs or home repairs! We were delighted w Ramon, the owner, and his personal attention to our roof and all we needed to do to get it replaced. His expertise in construction & vast knowledge of dealing with adjusters, insurance complications, etc. allowed us to breathe easy that we were on the right path w using RD Construction. Finding Ramon was truly an answer to our prayers We had major damage w our old roof & it was much overdo for replacement. But Ramon, Daniel & Lorenzo put us at ease knowing they could tackle this difficult job! They were prompt, professional & very personable as they guided us through the process. We loved how everything turned out; the color, the attention to detail, their willingness to do a thorough job & even a thorough clean up! The quality of the RD team & workers was top notch!! The guys came early and stayed late. They were pleasant and respectful of our presence & our animals. We couldn’t have asked for a better team & a better result. Respectfully, Tim & Rachel
Pleased with work and service. Prompt quote and work scheduled. Flagstone walkway installed, cement landing and steps, **************** gate.
****** and his crew got me a quote and scheduled me quick for the work I wanted done. I wanted my chimney flashing repaired and I also wanted 3 solar vents installed on my roof. The work was done perfectly. The crew cleaned up very well and they exceeded my expectations. I will be definitely calling them up in the future for more projects that my family has planned for our home. Everyone was extremely respectful and helpful. I recommend you give them a shot!
In 2018, 2 hail storms tore up all three of my homes in the Fountain Valley, TWICE. Then in January of 2024, the deep freeze we had burst a pipe in one of my homes and flooded it. And again this August, a hail storm took out my roof, siding, windows, and garage door in the home I am living in. Ramon and his staff at RD Construction have helped me restore all of my homes in these instances and made them look better than they did before. The way Ramon and Idalia worked with our insurance company each time made the process so simple and reduced the stress of it all significantly. Ramon and Idailia truly care about your satisfaction and their reputation when it comes to the quality of work they do and the customer service you receive throughout the process. I just can't say enough good about RD Construction and I am so impressed with the hard work they do. In all of the above instances, Ramon had my homes back in order in less than 2 weeks. Man do his crews work hard and they are so polite when you interact with them. And they are also great about cleaning up the job site after the end of each day. RD construction impressed 3 of my neighbors so much that they picked Ramon to repair their homes as well. That says it all right there. THANK YOU RD CONSTRUCTION!!!!!
We had a fantastic experience with RD. I would highly recommend to everyone.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
