I had a great experience working with Chris from Rampart! From the start, he was timely, professional, responsive, and clearly knew what he was talking about. He took the time to explain the issue, walked me through my options, and answered all my questions without any pressure. It’s not always easy to find contractors who combine skill, reliability, and professionalism, but Chris absolutely does! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing roofing work and wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again in the future.

Rampart Roofing is a very good company. My roof and gutter installation was done on-time, neatly, and without any complications. They also handled the insurance paperwork and managed the payments in a timely way. At each step they communicated to me what to expect. Our experience with Rampart Roofing was excellent! Chris Bosarge is professional, polite and personable. He thoroughly explained the damage to our roof and showed photos he had taken. Chris walked us through the process and patiently worked with the insurance adjuster. He also provided all information in writing so we could review it. Chris was always responsive to texts and calls and answered our questions. The roofing crew was efficient, protected our property and thoroughly cleaned up after the process was completed. We were unlucky to have not just our home, but also three of our rental properties' roofs hit by the hail storm last summer. Having used Rampart Roofing after the previous hailstorms a few years ago, we called them again to help us through this mess. Getting so many properties through multiple estimates, insurance claims with two different companies companies, solar panel take-downs and remounts, and final inspections is no picnic, but Chris Borsage helped make the process manageable. He came to our house on several occasions to explain estimates and revised estimates. He worked to make our financial losses as low as possible. He is patient, professional and just an all around nice guy to work with. We recommend him highly.

I had a really good experience with Rampart reason for many reasons. 1) I worked with the same person from the very start (getting an estimate) to the very end (completion of work and final walk through) with only having to interact with someone else from their office to handle the payments. This was nice because I wasn't handed from one person to another for each step of the process. 2) Justin, the person I worked with, was very responsive whenever I reached out to him with a question and he always kept me up to date with every step of the process. 3) While out of all the estimates I received, Rampart predicted a wait time of 3 to 4 weeks until the job would be completed. It turned out not to be nearly that long and ended up being no more than a couple of weeks. This may not always be the case as I may have been lucky and Ramparts other customers may have shifted their schedules, but I still appreciate the fact that the job was completed much quicker than originally expected. 4) The work done looked very good to me with straight lines and clean cuts. They did everything that they said they would do including cleaning out the gutters, bringing the roof up to code, as well as adding needed roof vents that ensure the shingle manufacturer's warranty is guaranteed. 5) I did find some exposed nail heads after the job, but these were corrected within the next business day. I appreciate the quick response and the way they were fixed. 6) Rampart handled the permit process from pulling the permit to scheduling the final inspection by the regional department and notifying me of the results. While that process was transparent and I could see all the rules were being followed, the process was hands off for me which meant one less thing I had to worry about.
