Seth and Shawna (owners) are hands on and very easy to work with. I received 5 bids for a new roof and gutters. McWilliams was the only contractor to give me a bid without first looking at the insurance payout, inspiring my trust from the beginning. They were very transparent throughout the process, keeping me informed every step of the way and communicating with me often. The work was completed professionally and in a timely manner, and the cost was very fair. It feels good to pay a contractor who you trust, who does great work, and who are good people to boot. Seth and Shawna run a great outfit and I'm very happy somebody recommended them to me - I highly recommend and will use them again should I ever need their services.

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
