ARCO Review Findings
Green Top Roofing is consistently praised for its professional, knowledgeable, and responsive team that makes the roofing process painless by handling insurance claims and paperwork. Customers highlight the company's high-quality workmanship, excellent communication, and commitment to leaving properties clean and well-maintained.
James Bennett and his crew at Green Top Roofing are professionals. My roof was damaged in one of the hailstorms, and I decided I needed an inspection that was long overdue. I was recommended this company, and now I see why. They did all the paperwork and talked to the insurance claims adjuster on my behalf. Mr. Bennett explained the procedures thoroughly, and maintained contact throughout the process. He worked with my schedule for materials delivery and new roof installation. He’s knowledgeable, and the company has workers for any situation. My house received a new roof, as well as gutters and downspouts. The company also replaced the roof on my two outside sheds. There were multiple color shingles and gutters to choose from, and the new Class 4 roof now gets me a discount on my home insurance. I highly recommend this company and Mr. Bennett for any roofing questions or concerns. The work is top notch!
I was completely satisfied with Green Top Roofing. As I went to purchase my new roof, they spelled out everything and were completely honest. Anthony gave me different choices to choose from that would fit my home and it’s unique appearance. They showed up on time and got right to work. The installers were Professional and diligent. After the roof was installed, John and his crew helped me recover all eligible funds from my insurance. I highly recommend Green Top Roofing!
I haven’t had work done yet, but my experience with Green Top Roofing has been great so far. They were very professional, responsive, and took the time to answer my questions without any pressure. You can tell they care about doing things the right way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them based on how they treat people.
Amazing team! The upgrade to Class 4 hail-resistant shingles at no charge is an incredible added perk of working with Green Top. I’ll absolutely be sending more business your way. Nathan Dupre and I are working closely together on hail situations, and he has been outstanding—highly communicative, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about taking great care of my clients.
Greentop did an outstanding job on the roof repairs for my listing! From start to finish, John was amazing to work with—professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and on time. The quality of their work speaks for itself, and their attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind. I highly recommend Greentop and especially John for anyone needing roofing services.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
