Diversified Roofing & Construction - Roofing Contractor in Colorado Springs, CO

[redacted] was amazing from the first contact to completion of the deck job. Very professional and courteous contact, great communication throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier with the results and the team that completed the deck was amazing. I highly recommend this company.

Contracted with DRC for gutter replacement and house painting. The painting was the best job anyone had previously done on the house (including myself). The gutter replacement (original gutters from 1983 were leaking in several places, were no longer draining to downspouts (sagging), and uncovered issues with the drip edge in places from the roof shingle replacement in 2005. DRC installed the gutters and secured the drip edge issues. The inspections following the work were comprehensive and they came back a couple times to fix minor issues (painting, calking, fastening soffet), and answer all my questions. They completed the work quickly and worked with me on the timing for the work.

Phil, Ari, and Meagan are top notch! They have your best interests from start to finish in any project! DRC is a phenomenal company and has done several rebuilds for me.

Phil and his crew demoed and remodeled our 1957 kitchen. They were here on time and cleaned up before leaving at the end of the day. We had the cabinets and appliances ordered in advance. They listened to us on how we wanted the tiles to be placed and we are very happy with the out come. The end results were great, so happy we finally got this done and had a great team for the work.

Casey came out after my friend referred his company, did an inspection, scheduled his team out and they got the job done! Casey and Jason both communicated with me the whole way through and even followed up to make sure all was well. Wish I could give more than 5 stars, I'll pass the referral along and will be hiring them to build my deck too! Thanks Casey, Jason and the DRC team!
