Breashears Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Colorado Springs, CO

After a really bad experience with another roofer and many quotes, I worked with Bob at Breashears, who was light years ahead of other roofers in terms of knowledge and professionalism. My roof was installed perfectly and in a timely manner and Bob worked with my insurance company to get supplements my previous roofer missed. Highly recommended if you want it done right the first time.

Brashears took care of everything needed to get my roofs (house and shed) fixed and covered properly. They worked well with my insurance adjusters and made helpful suggestions on how to improve the roof systems. Especially helpful was Aaron Owens, he made sure all of my concerns were addressed before, during and after the roof installation.

I found Breashears Roofing through my insurance agent, so I felt trust going in to meeting them. From the moment they returned my call, I could sense how trustworthy they are -- Mark was my initial contact, then Aaron Owens as my project manager. Aaron was the perfect person to interact with -- exactly the right balance of solid, efficient, dependable, and always kind. Breashears re-roofed our house following a major hail event, and they were always the ones I could count on to respond right away and get to work right away (even as insurance and other contractors were late). They did a perfect job with the exact class 4 shingles we needed, met the price we needed, and interacted seamlessly with our insurance. Aaron was always very considerate and never was pushy or demanding -- so flexible and mindful of the stress we were under. I would definitely recommend Breashears w/o reservation and would use them again myself if I need roofing in the future.

Breashears Roofing was professional and expedient with our residential home. Communication was transparent and easy with Aaron. The roofers were very meticulous and we were able to understand (and ask plenty of questions) the insurance process from start to finish (w/USAA). I highly recommend their work, and working with their team!

After the serious hail we had this summer, we hired Breashear's Roofing to replace our roof. First, we had three companies come out to inspect our roof and determine damage. Breashear's was the only company of the three to actually get on the roof and mark the damage and provide a ton of pictures to us as evidence. The other companies used drone photos, one company never even bothering to send us the drone photos. Additionally, we had a rep from Breashear's, Aaron, as our main point of contact throughout the entire process, which made communication very direct and simple. Aaron was very informative and on top of everything. He handled all the communication with our insurance company (short of us needing to cash the insurance check), and as promised we paid nothing more than our deductible. During the contract process, he was absolutely willing to add a completion date, guaranteeing our roof would be completed before the end of October, and absolutely no down payment required. We were sent an invoice after completed work. The work crew was remarkably polite and respectful throughout the process, and work was completed within the day as promised. Aaron came by right after the workers left to walk around our property and ensure clean up was done properly and no nails, etc. were left in the backyard (we have young kids and a dog so this was much appreciated). My only small complaint is that I didn't love the Gutters Inc. company they worked with because we also needed new gutters. The gutter company completed the job, but the guys didn't give us a head's up before they came (even though they needed us to verify colors, so luckily we were home when they came), and they left cigarette butts all around our property. However, work was completed as promised. For the customer service, great communication, polite and hard working crew, and roofing work, we would definitely recommend Breashear's Roofing.
