ARCO Review Findings
Pinnacle Roofing is consistently described as professional, knowledgeable, honest, and committed to quality workmanship. Reviewers highlight thorough inspections without unnecessary upselling, clear communication, timely project completion, attention to detail, and thorough cleanup.
Pinnacle did a phenomenal job on our roof repair. Their pricing is competitive and they do great work. I’d recommend Josh’s team without reservation.
Over the last 20+ years, Mike and his crew have replaced our roof twice, each time after a nasty hail storm. The damage was so severe that it damaged some of our windows as well so we had him replace those as well. Pinnacle Roofing was the only 5star roofer in Aurora and after meeting him, we understood why. He cares about his clients! No money up front! He’s there before, during and after the project is completed just to make sure we were happy. If Mother Nature does it again, we wouldn’t call anyone other than Mike at Pinnacle Roofing!
Several roofers quoted me between $18K–$19K to replace my entire roof — but it turned out the roof didn’t even need to be replaced! I knew something didn’t add up because the roof was still in great shape. So, I did my own research and found Josh and his company. Unlike most roofers who jump straight to full replacements and give quick, lazy “inspections” just because insurance will cover it, Josh actually took the time to inspect everything carefully and honestly. Josh and his team are a rare find in the roofing industry — knowledgeable, ethical, and genuinely focused on helping homeowners. He knows the rules, delivers top-notch workmanship, and truly cares about his clients. If you live in Colorado, don’t call anyone else for roofing needs or consultations. Josh is an absolute GEM.
I highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing! Mike, Roy, and their team are top notch! For instance, after a severe hailstorm, at least 10 roofers stopped by, examined my roof, and they all said that I needed a new roof. I didn't think I did so I kept asking the next roof guy to educated me about roofs. None of them would until Roy from Pinnacle Roofing came by. Rather than try to sell me a roof, he valued me by answering my questions and educating me about roofs. Turns out I didn't need a new roof after all. I will always turn to Pinnacle Roofing for all of my roofing needs moving forward. Unlike countless others, they are people I can actually trust!
From our initial estimate encounter with Roy all the way through job completion, Pinnacle Roofing Associates was a dream company to work with. We had Pinnacle perform many repairs from hail damage and our home aging with complete success. We are very pleased with all siding/gutter repairs and our whole house paint job. Each of their teams dedicated time and seasoned expertise from start to finish, which was appreciated. We look forward to working with them in the future if need be.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
