Gardner Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Aurora, CO

We have had Gardner replace our roof TWICE in the past 17 years, both times because of significant hail damage. The first time was in 2007. We didn't know them, but our homeowners insurance recommended them. Excellent work, done on time with great cleanup of the work site. Fourteen years later, another big hailstorm and another significantly damaged roof. By this time, they've grown into a fairly large roofing company on the Front Range, but [redacted] Gardner remembered that we had utilized him years earlier, so he climbed into the truck with his estimator and came to the house himself.. Again, excellent workmanship done on schedule. Here we are in 2024; another hailstorm far more damaging than the other two. The insurance rep was here two days ago, and I called Gardner the same day.. We'll get at least one other bid, but I suspect we'll have Gardner do the work again.

I was working through my insurance to repair the roof hail damage and Scott was very experienced in that whole process! Certain aspects of the house made accessing materials much harder than usual and Scott addressed the issue readily. I appreciate his efforts. He and Gardner Contracting are knowledgeable and timely, chose excellent materials and the resulting job, including gutters, etc., was handled in a very professional manner. I’ve used this company before and will do so again in the future.

I had an excellent install of a solar tunnel. Ben and crew showed up early worked effeciently and professionally throughout the install of a 14 inch solar tunnel. Im so glad I did it finally and with a great recommendation from Mike Pirrami (I will thank him for that) I will use Gardner for future projects. Very reliable and great communication

We needed our roof replaced due to hail damage. We also wanted new gutters. We had used Gardner Roofing before and were really pleased with them, so we called them again. Gary was our contact this time. He was great to work with and so was the crew. They exceeded our expectations on the timeline and worked with our insurance company to get us a great price. We highly recommend them!

Thr Gardner Contracting crew was absolutely wonderful! They always arrived on time and were very courteous to all our homeowners. They also did an exceptional job of cleaning up each day in additional to sweeping for nails with magnets throughout our complex. Project Managers and Supervisors were constantly onsite to answer questions. I highly recommend Gardner Contrating for any roofing needs.
