ARCO Review Findings
Kennedy Roofing is highly regarded for its professionalism, honesty, and ability to handle urgent repair needs promptly. Customers consistently praise their high-quality workmanship and the team's effectiveness in navigating complex situations like insurance claims and emergency leaks.
Thank you Kennedy roofing for getting my roof approved when insurance had originally denied it. Stefan made the process super easy and simple. Definitely would recommend Stefan and Kennedy roofing to anyone else looking that got hit by the storms
Bill Kennedy is the man to call to get all your roofing done. Cheap roofing is not good, and good roofing is not cheap. Kennedy is high quality work.
Good trades are hard to find but Bill and his crew saved my ass. I own a bunch of apartments in University Heights and when I bought it they told me I had 20 years left on my roof...last February during heavy rains every unit leaked, the seller was long gone and the roof guarantee was a fraud. I heard from a friend who also had a good experience with Kennedy to call Bill. While my tenants computers were covered by renters insurance, Bill showed up the same day himself found the cracks and had a crew up there repairing the leaks and I was dry within 8 hours from the time I picked up the phone. Without Bill and his crew doing their thing and getting me out of trouble, instead of 6 happy (relatively) tenants, I may have had 6 lawsuits. THANK YOU KENNEDY ROOFING!
I was so pleased with Mr Kennedy professionalism, very honest man I really appreciate the 2nd option that was provided to me Best Regards
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
