Chavez Roofing recently completed the re-roofing for our house; our roof had not been replaced for over 40 years. We received three bids, and Chavez was the lowest. We wondered if by going with the "low-bid" we would compromise customer service and quality, but I am happy to report this was not the case. Chavez Roofing was highlight communicative and the job was very high quality! They are no-frills (like some of the other local roofing companies), but that means you are not paying for all those glossy marketing materials. I would HIGHLY recommend Chavez Roofing.

Just had our roof done & we decided to replace all the tiles as well. The Chavez Roofing team did an amazing job. I also needed a few extra items taking care of to fit our motorhome better on the ********* turned out great. Workers were top notch & know what they are doing. Hard workers for sure!!

We just had our roof done with Chavez Roofing, and they did a wonderful job, from the preparation to the cleaning and the finish everything was done the way Jaime explained to us. All the employees was on time and very polite and they cleaned every day after the job was done I really recommend Chavez Roofing and the price was very competitive to compared to other companies. They also guarantee their labor for 20 years if there are any problems and shingles guaranteed 40 years. Now, We just need a big rain!

Chavez Roofing Services did an absolutely amazing job for us. Every part of the process from the proposal to job completion was seamless. I will hire them for any jobs I have in the future.

Chavez Roofing did a great job replacing the roof at our condominium complex. They came in with the low bid, worked with the Board and home owners, and got the job done on time. They were very professional. We definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
