ARCO Review Findings
Reviews describe Semper Solaris as professional, knowledgeable, and transparent, with staff who clearly explain options, pricing, timelines, and the installation process. Customers also highlight strong communication, efficient work, flexibility, and careful integration with existing equipment.
I have been a Semper Solaris customer for 7 years. The initial install was excellent and there has only been one service call in that time and it was timely and professional. Semper installed our solar system and new roof. I only wish they were offering HVAC back then, we would have been all in. Great company.
Great job on sale, financial guidance and installation. The whole experience was pleasant with such professionalism and polite. Well done Semper Solaris. [redacted] you knock it out of the park great job to you and you whole team!!!
Working with Semper Solaris with our house upgrades including new roof, HVAC and solar installation was an absolute dream. [redacted] was a very professional advisor and a big help in our decision making process. Never pushy and so pleasant to work with. He explained everything in detail and patiently answered all our questions. Highly recommend!!
My system was out in no export mode. Angie C. had researched my issue before contacting me for our appointment. She was able to confirm the issue in minutes and worked with me to get me my refund from the company who made the mistake. She was helpful throughout the entire issue and makes herself available if questions arise.
Semper Solaris is amazing! [redacted] helped me with every single stepfrom beginning to end, and answered every single one of my phone calls and text messages within a few minutes. They made the Financial piece a total breeze. They helped me with a super low rate financing company and got me a massive rebate on my batteries. Their workmanship is top-notch too. Super clean install professionally done in a single day. They even found a couple faulty wires from a previous project and removed those for me. Just the best. My electric bill is now zero dollars and I still have power the whole time when the grid is down. Couldn’t be happier. Call them and ask for [redacted].
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
