ARCO Review Findings
NRG Pros is frequently praised for professional, friendly, and efficient roofing crews who complete projects promptly while keeping customers informed throughout the process. Reviews also highlight fair pricing, easy financing, quality roof and gutter replacements, and clean worksites.
Investing in a new roof can be overwhelming. Ron at NRG Pros ensured that we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. From start to finish the communication was clear, job site was clean, staff was friendly, and the results are AMAZING. Special thanks to Victor for going above and beyond to make our roof not only look beautiful, but LAST for many decades to come. We are so thankful that we chose NRG Pros to replace our roof and I highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.
NRG Pros Roofing replaced the flat roof, over my garage, that a previous roofing company (Garner) sub-standardly installed 4 years ago. NRG reviewed all the issues with me in detail both verbally and in pictures. They scheduled me within a week of signing the contract and worked efficiently and professionally until they completed the job. It is a worth a mention that they had the best price and the most included in their estimate. Their reps were great to work with and stayed in good communication with me throughout the work. I would recommend then without hesitation for any new, repair, or replacement roof work.
NRG gave us a new roof -- a new, clean look to our house -- and a new security knowing that what is over our heads is going to keep us dry and cozy. Everyone from the first person we talked to, to the work supervisor to the workers were wonderful and the results speak for themselves. This is a company I won't hesitate to recommend to anyone who needs roofing. Plus they made the permitting and inspection aspect of things easy as can be. They're just that good!
Robert did a fantastic job keeping us in the loop. Our team was the best ever the men worked long and hard to get our roof done. They were so fantastic.
It was a pleasure working with NRG PROS. They were very knowledgeable regarding the work. More importantly, they were very transparent about the process. I look forward to working with them in the future for bigger projects!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
