ARCO Review Findings
West Coast Roofing is consistently praised for its professional, high-quality workmanship and timely, efficient project completion. Clients frequently highlight the company's clear communication, responsiveness to concerns, and thorough cleanup practices.
Review: West Coast Roofing responded quickly after a heavy rainstorm, inspected my roof, and provided a detailed quote. I had two other companies come out as well, but after comparing prices and materials, I chose West Coast Roofing. They were competitive on cost and offered a superior product with a strong warranty, which gave me confidence in my decision. The installation was completed much faster than I expected, and when I mentioned a few small concerns about exposed nails, they addressed them right away. Even after the final payment, they stayed responsive and professional. I’m very satisfied and glad I went with West Coast Roofing.
West Coast Roofing was highly recommended by a couple friends when we noticed a roof leak after a monsoon storm a few years back. They were courteous and on time and fixed the issue. We have never experienced any issues after their repair. Very happy with their service.
Referred by a friend some years back to reseal a flat built up roof. They did a great job. Excellent communication and professionalism. Recently we needed the same roof replaced (46 years old). Again they did a great job. Competitive price with better materials and longer warranty. I highly recommend West Coast Roofing.
West Coast Roofing was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. They kept me informed throughout the process and delivered a high-quality roof that looks great and feels solid. Cleanup was thorough, and the whole job was done on time. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.
West Coast Roofing put a new roof on our home and did an excellent job. The communication about what to expect was clear, they showed up when they said they would, met the expected deadline, cleaned up daily and were a pleasure to work with each step of the way. We highly recommend West Coast Roofing!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
