Universal Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Tucson, AZ

I had been trying to work with a few other roofing companies to no avail, working through insurance and funding issues. Universal Roofing was the only company who got on the phone with my insurance and helped guide me to a local grant/loan program. They stayed in communication with me while I figured out lending, and once it was all done they jumped right up there and did the whole roof before I even knew it. They were amazing to work with and I have already been recommending their services to friends and neighbors. The roof looks amazing and I couldn’t be more pleased!

Whether it’s repair, maintenance, or a full installation, their team delivers top-quality work with attention to detail. They were communicative throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. If you’re looking for dependable roofing experts who take pride in their work, Universal Roofing should be your first call.

I initially had a bit of a hiccup with this roofing company when they first installed my roof, and I was a bit concerned about the quality. However, I must say I was thoroughly impressed with how they handled the situation. Once I brought the issue to their attention, they took full responsibility and worked diligently to correct their mistake promptly. A shout out to Melissa and Robert for stepping up, they are professional, respectful, and truly committed to making things right. By the end of the process, I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and their customer service. Mistakes happen, but it's how a company responds that really counts — and these guys showed integrity and dedication. They stand behind their work and care about customer satisfaction.Thank you!
