ARCO Review Findings
Roofsavers Locke Roofing is highly regarded for its prompt, professional service and effective communication throughout the repair process. Customers consistently praise the team for their thorough workmanship, responsiveness, and ability to complete jobs quickly and efficiently.
I am very satisfied with your work on my property. You did have to come back for one detail and you did it right away. I also noticed that you replaced another broken tile that was not even on the agreement.
We were concerned after finding some mortar that fell off the roof. Roofsavers Locke Roofing came out very quickly after we called, reported their findings immediately and provided a detailed estimate that evening. A week later, repairs made as promised, quickly and professionally. Great working with an ethical hard working company.
When purchasing my home the inspection reported some roof repairs were needed to keep my roof in integrity. It was easy and quick to schedule and have the repairs completed at a reasonable cost. I recommend Roofsavers to anyone who needs work done to maintain their roof!
Man came out for an estimate in the morning and I got an email of the estimate later that afternoon. Good price, called them up and they had a crew out the next day! They checked the whole roof for damage not just the repair area and even gave me some tiles! Very happy... crew was great!
We recently used Locke Roofing for an inspection and recoating on our townhome. The crew was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to others and will be using them in the future.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
