Roof Solutions - Roofing Contractor in Tucson, AZ

What A terrific experience. Roof solutions did the roofs of about seven of my neighbors. I asked around and all recommended I use them. That is about seven referrals within a two block radius. They were amazing. They worked on my schedule with our property being an Airbnb, pausing the job for two days while I had a non-cancelable guest coming in. As I feared, my project was a very difficult one. There were three levels of shingles,, shaker style, that had been there nearly 100 years. The entire roof had to be re-sheathed. Throughout, the project was not your typical one, and roof solutions rose to the occasion. I opted for asphalt roofing, and I’m glad I did. The style of asphalt roofing they used mimics a shaker style and it looks terrific for the area. Afterwards, I examined the project thoroughly and found the workmanship was top-notch. I highly recommend Marco and his team, especially if you are in old Bisbee, where navigating the tight spaces is important and there is an amazing local crew in place.

Roof Solutions replaced the roof on my home in Rio Rico around September 2024 after my insurance company required a replacement to continue coverage. Their team completed the work in about three days, and the process went smoothly from start to finish. The new roof was approved by my insurer, and we haven’t had any issues since. More recently (early 2026), we contacted them again for a separate issue at our office building in Douglas. The office has a flat roof that was built about ten years ago, and we started experiencing significant leaks during heavy rain. Roof Solutions inspected the roof and found some construction inconsistencies that were likely contributing to the problem. They recommended installing a TPO membrane system to protect the roof and prevent further water damage. They completed the work and even came back about a week or two later after a good rainstorm to double-check that everything was working properly. The repair worked exactly as expected — the roof stayed completely sealed with no further leaks. While we still have some interior damage from the earlier leaks, the roof itself is now performing perfectly. Based on my experience with both projects, Roof Solutions has been professional, responsive, and reliable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work in southern Arizona.

We bought our home in Old Bisbee seven years ago. Like Most of the houses in the historic district, they have some years on them. We had a leak in the roof and had a metal roof installed shortly after purchasing the home, but it didn’t solve the problem and the contractor failed to fix it. We called Roof Solutions for a quote (along with another outfit) and they promptly came out to take a look. Ernesto took a look and immediately understood the problem and explained how they could fix the roof with a 10 year guarantee. His bid was well under “the other guys”, so we hired them. They showed up when they said they would, with a full crew and despite a few uncovered issues with the base, they got the job done beyond our expectations. There was always a Foreman on site, he took pictures and explained the process at the end of each day. At the end of the project…the clean up was very professional and orderly. We wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Can’t recommend Roof Solutions enough. We called them for an inspection and they sent someone out that same day. Quick to do repairs and respond. If you are looking for a roofing company to get the job done, show up and be a joy to work with look no further. Thank you roof solutions
