Spencer 4 Hire Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. They had a very competitive price, and were upfront with any additional costs that might occur due to damage that couldn't be seen until the tiles were pulled up. During the initial bid and inspection, they found a section of the roof over the garage where the plywood had completely failed, leaving a large hole that had caused interior wall damage. They "tented" the exposed area at no charge in order to ensure that any rain that fell between the inspection and installation would not cause further damage. They were the only company we contacted for bids that found the problem and addressed it. The roof was installed on schedule, and within budget. The work crew was professional and skilled, doing an outstanding job. We are the original owners, have been in the house almost 35 years, and this is the first time we've replaced it. We are very happy with the outcome, and highly recommend Spencer 4 Hire Roofing.

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
