Gleason Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Phoenix, AZ

Just finished my complete shingle reroof with Gleason! I got 5 quotes, selected Gleason because they are Master Elite certified which means they can offer the Golden Pledge GAF warranty which is the best I found. They were competitive in price as well. The good: I have my warranty and the job is finished and looks nice. I think the price was fair. For the quote, Luis came out and inspected the roof with his drone - cool pictures of the house too! Got my quote same day. After a few iterations on the contract to specify the proper warranty and materials to be used, I signed the contract. The tear off was completed in one long day, even though this was a large job, 6-9 guys at times on the roof. The shingle install was done the next day, another long day. So very quick completion. There were however several call backs to correct minor quality issues (like the drip edge that didn't get nailed - shown in the picture) and my favorite employee was Daniel who did some of the rework. He was the best! If he could have done a final inspection, I’m sure he would have caught the issues. What could have gone better? The dual powered fan that was ordered didn't come in time, and next the wrong one was delivered and had to be returned, finally the next one was right. (each call back requires coordination - I requested 2 hours notice, but sometimes didn't get any at all). Everything was eventually fixed to my satisfaction. The last thing was that the nail clean up wasn't as thorough as I was expecting, but fortunately they left the large magnet overnight and I was able to gather about 250 nails/staples myself, so I am satisfied. At the end of the day, I have a nice roof with a great warranty!

Julia did a whole needful job fully on inspecting our entire roof and provided photos and then emailed a very competitve offer for immediate service and repair that following week. Julia then went inspected the quality of the carpet moletion of the work and provided us with new photos of their professional repair and promise of exactly what will get done right. Thank you and will refer Gleason Roofing to all of my neighbors, friends and family.

Hands down using Gleason Roofing was the best customer experience I’ve EVER had w/a contractor. They knocked my roof replacement out of the park, exceeded my expectations & went the extra mile. Josh, Danny & crew came when they said would, did what they said they would do. They truly went above & beyond my expectations & the results speak for themselves. Josh knows the roofing industry inside & out & his crew has been with him for 10+ years. That says alot. I would not hesitate in recommending Gleason to all my friends & family.

Juan Gomez did a great job fixing my roof leak. He not only does great work but is very conscientious and thoughtful. I’d recommend him to anyone!

Juan, Josh, Daniel, Jack, and Rojo were awesome. Great fellas and a great job. No complaints at all. Cleaned up the debris well and came back to check on everything after the storms to make sure everything was good. Definitely recommend them.
