About ARCO Accreditation
Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.
Provide your contact information below. ARCO will review your inquiry and determine whether your business may be invited to complete the accreditation review process.

ARCO Review Findings
Diversified Roofing is praised for quality workmanship, fast and efficient roof replacements and repairs, and thorough cleanup. Reviewers also highlight Jake’s responsiveness and communication, the team’s professionalism, honest inspections, and willingness to stand behind its work.
Dan V. did an amazing repair on my clay roof! He scheduled my appointment, and had the job completed in 6 days! I highly recommend Diversified Roofing for your roofing needs!
Had a total roof replacement from diversified and loved it. Jake was my main contact and was fast to respond, their pricing was reasonable and the work was fast. We had a small issue a couple years later and they immediately came out, no questions and fixed it immediately. I love that they stand behind their product and have top notch customer service. This is my go to roofing company in the valley and I refer all my friends, family and neighbors to them!
I recently had my home re–roofed by Diversified Roofing, and the entire experience was an absolute breeze. From start to finish, the crew worked with impressive speed, and efficiency – completing the job faster than I excepted and leaving no trace behind, not even a single nail! A special shout out to Jake, who was phenomenal in coordinating the team. His communication was top notch, always available to answer my questions and ensure everything ran smoothly. His professionalism and attention to detail made the process stress–free and seamless. I highly recommend Jake and the entire crew at Diversified Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and reliable service. They truly exceeded my expectations!
This was a great experience! I was not looking forward to having to do this but after meeting with five different competitors and comparing prices, for me, Diversified stood out from the start. Reputable company and top service. The install team, all W2 employees, showed care and respect while doing a great job! They cleaned the site each day, never left messes. I can say the quality and care of their work shows in the workmanship. I'm now looking forward to the monsoons!
I had to get my roof inspected on a house i am purchasing and was afraid of the minor problems that might be exaggerated as pricey issues. To my surprise, Jake Passey actually said my roof was in great shape and needed no repair! I am very appreciative for an honest and trustworthy inspection and company.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
