Contreras Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Phoenix, AZ

Excellent job and went beyond what was expected. Will definitely use in the future.

Wonderful roofing contractor. Very attentive and knowledgeable. The crew is efficient and respectful. I cant recommend this contractor enough. He did work for an HOA that I managed and based on his performance there, I had him replace *******. I am very pleased with the end result and I have no concerns regarding the roof. I am going to recommend him to all my friends and if I still own this house when the roof needs to be replaced again, I hope he is still in business.

A few months back I had my roof replaced by Contreras Roofing, and couldn't be more pleased with the result. The owner, Bryan Brown, and his team were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. In fact, after my neighbor watched them doing a great job on my roof, she followed suit and also hired Contreras to replace her roof. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was always prompt and communicative. They provided detailed information about the materials they’d be using, the timeline for the project, and the costs involved. I tend to be detail-oriented, and ask lots of questions, but Bryan was very patient, and took the time to answer all of my concerns. He was always on the job everyday, too, which I found reassuring. During the actual roof replacement, the team was efficient, tidy, and respectful of our property. They worked quickly to remove the old roof and install the new one, all while taking care to minimize any disruption to our daily routine. As I watched them work, the men paid close attention to detail, and took the time required to get things done right. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly after themselves each day, leaving our property looking like they’d never been there. The finished product turned out perfect. With all the updates needed to bring it up to current building codes, it made the house look new again. We chose to put two layers of underlayment down, so this new roof is much more durable and energy-efficient than our old roof. With monsoon season just around the corner, it gives us peace of mind knowing our home is well-protected from the heavy rains and driving winds. Overall, I would highly recommend Contreras to anyone in needing roof work or a roof replacement. Even if your just getting bids, give Contreras Roofing an opportunity to come out and give you a quote. I’m confident you’ll find the owner Bryan to be honest, upfront, and competitively priced.

Bryan and his team did my roof in November of 2022. Bryan is personable and is honestly really responsive for being a small business owner. I’m also a small business owner and I get inundated and overwhelmed. Bryan super professional and quick. When I found out my neighbors got a quote with him he was able to get out within a few days and I had my estimate a shortly after that. Because of Bryan’s personable and honest demeanor my neighbor and I both did our roofs with Bryan and his team, and my neighbor got like 8 estimates Come time to get started he actually was able to start a few days early and it only took 4 days I believe to get the whole roof done his Forman is really detailed oriented and the work was excellent. At least from my novice point of view but my neighbor who was in the construction industry watched them like a hawk and was pleasantly surprised on the quality of work and attention to detail. I was very happy with the whole process and definitely would recommend Bryan and contereras roofing to anyone. I’m actually recommending them to my other neighbor down the street. On a personal note, as a female, I was astonished by the arrogance, skepticism, and lack of follow through by the other companies that came for an estimate. In a male dominated industry heaven forbid a woman would not only make the decision but also pay for such a large project. Bryan never made me feel that way and was helpful in explaining things and saw me as an equal to a man or a “husband” For me that was a major factor in the decision making. I never felt like he would take advantage and was always fair honest and equitable.

We just had our roof done on our rental property and some venting work done on our home. We are very pleased with all the work and both Bryan and Karen are wonderful to work with! We will definitely be referring clients to them.
