ARCO Review Findings
TC Roofing is described as professional, polite, efficient, and responsive, with clear communication throughout roofing replacements and repairs. Reviewers also highlight quality workmanship, reasonable pricing, fast scheduling, and thorough cleanup after the work.
Best experience. Brett was amazing. He did my mom’s roof a few years back. And this week he did my grandmothers. Quick service. Honest. Customer service was thru the roof. Professional, courteous, quick and experienced. Our roof took one day. Walked us thru the whole process and saw pictures started during and finished. We couldn’t be more pleased and are thrilled to work with you in the future.
I was closing on a house that needed a new roof. I had TC Roofing give me a quote during the inspection period and their pricing was very reasonable so I went with them. Brett communicated with me about every step. They did all the work on time and I was able to get a new roof on the house just a few days after closing. They did a really good job and left everything cleaned up afterwards, which I appreciated. I am glad I went with them!
During a recent rainstorm our roof leaked. TC Roofing came out immediately to take a look at the damage and explain my options. First, I got an explanation of why my roof leaked (and it matched exactly what the insurance adjuster said). Second, I was given a repair or replace choice with reasonable pros and cons. The entire interaction was professional and friendly. Their response time was incredible. We decided to go with the replacement option. TC Roofing got on the schedule fast! End result: My roof looks amazing! I am happy, my wife is happy, and I would 100% use TC Roofing again!
I have been working with Brett for over 4 years and he truly is one of the best out there. His team is prompt, doing an excellent job, weather its a full roof replacement or repairs, they clean up after them selves and truly do a great job. Even in the hot months their service is never lacking. As an agent a roofer is someone we need to count on and they are always there to do the job right and within a reasonable price. Hire them! You won't be disappointed!
If you are looking for a roofing company that is honest with strong integrity TC Roofing is the company you want. Bret always answers his phone. Old fashion good business.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
