I had my roof replaced by this company and couldnt be happier. From start to finish, everyone involved in the process was professional, courteous, and polite. As major home repairs go, this one was seamless. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends.
I am very impressed with National First Response’s roofing division. My roof replacement was covered by my home insurance company and I could not be happier with the professionalism of everyone I met or was involved with personally. My contact, Nicole Sullivan, who I only connected with virtually, kept me informed of the process every step of the way. Her cheerful and prompt response to my inquiries was refreshing. Brandon Velander, who came out after the roof was installed, was equally cheerful and professional. The crew that delivered the roofing materials and the crew that installed them were cheerful and professional as well. The attached photos are of the material being delivered. I’m very happy with this company and will definitely refer them to my friends.
Great experience! From the get go the First Response team was super communicative, they made sure all aspects of the project were aligned and being handled properly. The Ops manager, Nicole and her staff were communicating with me weekly and throughout the process of the installation. The installation team was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They made sure the property was kept clean and maintained, they cleaned up after installation and made sure everything was right before they completed. These guys are pro level and on point 100%. Highly recommend this company for roofing…!
I had this company install a new roof in October of 2022. I had already filed a claim with my insurance company and received estimates. I went with National First Response based on the estimate and what needed to be done. My insurance agent met with the technician at the house and agreed to the repairs. The repairs were done very professionally and timely. The technician kept me advised every step of the way as to what was being done. The roof still looks great and feel they did an outstanding job. I did not feel in any way that their quote was out of line with the other companies.
National First Response did a great job on my roof. They helped us every step of the way from filing our claim with the insurance company to helping us with sending required documentation to our HOA for approval. The materials used were nothing but the best.The workers and project managers were fast, clean, and constantly asked if we needed anything as far as upgrades, changes or had any concerns. The workers took a day and a half to do our roof which I think was amazing. Thank you First Response for assisting us in one of the most important upgrades to our home.
