ARCO Review Findings
Mighty Dog Roofing is consistently praised for its professional, responsive, and clear communication throughout the roofing process. Customers frequently highlight the team's exceptional workmanship, punctuality, and the dedicated, honest approach taken by the owner and staff to complete projects efficiently.
Prompt, courteous, licensed professional! Highly recommend for your next roofing job big or small! We had roof inspected, repaired, and gutters cleaned! Kendrick was awesome!
This is not just an EXCEPTIONAL business, but it is owned and operated by EXCEPTIONAL humans! John and Kendrick went out of their way to attend to my roofing needs, ensuring that there was no damaged tile left unattended. Workmanship was not only superior, but Kendrick even returned on a Sunday to complete the job. It's small, local business owners like this that truly care about their craftsmanship and community, that when given the opportunity, I will promote over the big dawgs any day! You can bet I will be praising Mighty Dog Roofing from the rooftops every chance I get!
When our original roofing company (hired to replace our underlayment 1 1/2 years ago for $$$$$$ ignored us ("we'll see if we can get a crew out there") when we asked for help after high winds shifted and broke roof tiles recently, I put out a call for help on [redacted]'s Living [redacted]. [redacted], owner of Mighty Dog Roofing Southeast Valley Phoenix was referred to me. He immediately agreed to help, and within 2 days, our roof was expertly repaired, and the smashed tiles were cleaned up and taken away. [redacted] responsiveness and his people's quality work is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. You will be treated kindly and professionally. I only wish I had hired them in the first place.
They were great! They came out quickly for an estimate and went to work within a couple of days. When they finished the 1st job, we decided to have them install rain gutters, which took my HOA over a month to give an approval, but Mighty Dog was patient and they came out as soon as we had the approval. All went smoothly and professionally. So happy with their work and professionalism. I will absolutely use them again and refer my friends and family!
Mighty Dog Roofing is truly the best contractor we have ever worked with. John, the owner, is very attentive, honest and thorough. His employees showed up early every single day and took no longer than an hour lunch. There were zero unexpected change orders or costs! Then, literally, to top it off, they finished our entire roof two days early! Highly recommend and we will hire them again. Mike & Kristine *****
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
